I wish the rooms had a microwave in them.

Friendly staff, very clean room, and location. Also the courtyard was great.

Having a room on the roadside made for a noisy night. We were awakened several times from vehicle noise.

The location is good, front desk staff are very friendly and introduce us safe place we can go and the place we shall avoid to go at night. They also helped find my daughter¿s lost earbuds. The morning coffee and snack are good.

Staff and service were excellent. Liked how new everything was and room was fairly quiet considering the noise level outside. Nice coffee bar.

Missed having a pool or hot tub. Would have been nice to have reading material: newspapers magazine or books even for purchase in the lobby.

Loved that it was walking distance to the wharf (a block or two) but not on it like the other hotels that seemed too loud/ busy.

This hotel is in the best location to explore all the piers, Ghiradeli square, the Fisherman's Wharf - and more. For the most part, everything was about a 10 minute walk. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was very clean. We had a great time.

Devore was nice and clean but a little dark. Very industrial but was nice.

Terrific staff, and very nicely appointed and decorated lobby and rooms, close to the Wharf, and Walgreens across the street for quick snack and needs, open up late at night.

The noise levels can be a lot, for street-facing rooms, and the hotel provides complimentary ear plugs which is a nice touch. Bathrooms have heavy sliding doors which you can hear in adjoining rooms.

Location and staff were amazing

Just that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast. But honestly I'd still rebook despite that.

Location was perfect. Really close to the Fusherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and Lombard St. Customer Service was fantastic. Staff were extra helpful. Really clean and modern rooms.

$65 + tax valet parking!!! Overpriced!!! We have problems with door keys - all time card not readable!!! We replace cards 4!!! Times, during 2 days

It was close to the wharf so we could walk there. Staff was friendly and kind. Everyone wore masks and there were hand sanitizer located throughout the hotel.

Wish there was room service again. Having to order DoorDash was a likttle bit of an ordeal sometimes

The location of this hotel was perfect because it was not too far nor too close to The Wharf & more. It was the perfect distance to get public transportation, car rentals, groceries, Starbucks coffee, a quick bite etc.; everything was in walking distance.

Great aesthetics and very friendly staff. Possibly. the friendliest overall staff I've encountered at a hotel.

Parking is really expensive.

Definite need for more laundry facilities. There were 7 in line to use machines. Quite a walk to get to them. Maybe each floor should have laundry room. When on vacation there¿s not a whole day to give up to do laundry.

The location was excellent, walking distance to fisherman¿s wharf and ghirardelli square. The decor was nice and hip, the courtyard was ample and nice to hang out

Walking into the lobby there were 4-5 employees however, 3 were sitting so low behind their computers it appeared they didn¿t want to help, making it awkward. Later the same day there were about 6 employees talking to each other oblivious to the customers
