City Center Inn & Suites

City Center Inn and Suites is always impeccably clean and quiet. I return for the warm hospitality from the staff.

I like the warm hospitality of the lead front desk associate, He always greets me professionally and promptly, welcoming me into an immaculate facility. Often, the aroma of a delicious home cooked meal being prepared lends a delightful ambiance.

Noisy, broken elevator, very uncomfortable bed, all rooms above ground level forcing you to use stairs and haul your luggage up the flights

The hotel is a clean secure building. Staff is polite and respectful.Free parking is secure with security camera watch on all comings and goings. The street is busy but appears to be safe.

I'd give it 2 1/2 stars. That you have to be buzzed in and out to enter and leave either on foot or to enter and leave parking. Free breakfast is coffee, and light processed carbs. The rooms are run down. They take $150 room deposit.

They have a no-guests policy which isn't mentioned up front. There is no refigerator or microwave. They ask for a 150 deposit when checking in. Their 'breakfast' was only juice and coffee. The description says they have laundry but they do not.

The staff was amazing. The parking was free but first come first serve. Glad we got there early and didn¿t have to leave. Liked that the car was somewhat in a garage and off the street

The room was basic as expected the roll of toilet paper almost didn¿t make it through to the morning. There was coffee pods and a pot but no creamers or sugars in the room. The bed was very hard better then lumpy but extremely hard.

Free parking

Noisy mostly due to rooms surrounding the parking garage.

The location and the parking. It felt safe.

The heater was broken in our room. The hotel employee moved us to another room, and the heater was also broken in that room. We were freezing cold. The hotel employee brought us a small heater. It helped a little. We were not compensated for it.

I was sent a text in the morning on checking out. I didn¿t read it until around 11am They charge $50 per 30 mins past. Check out. My friend didn¿t know about that fine. It should be told to you or he handed a paper with how to check out!!!

To be waiting 2 hours to check in because no body was in the office and the office was closed

We asked for a disabled room. We were given a room on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It made staying at this hotel a major ordeal. Very negative!

It was close to UCSF Benioff hospital where our daughter had a procedure the next day. We also loved that there was free parking.

The elevator was a bit scary.

The double locks on the doors.

This was in a very seedy part of San Francisco, and I was not comfortable walking around in this area, even in the daytime. There is no way this should be considered a 2-star property.

Price, but still not a value

In room, floor had several areas of apparent water damage under under carpet. Room very small, no fridge. Tub had unrepaired chunks missing. Hotel 1/2 full yet inflexible. Staff warmed up to "surly"" eventually.

Had parking

Issues with Elevator made it difficult due to medical conditions to go up and down stairs.

The staff was friendly and they offer a free breakfast (granola bars, apples, coffee and juice) and was close to the 1-80 and US-101 ramps. The price was cheaper than many others available that night.

They advertise a washer and dryer but neither were working. It was noisy at night (could hear banging around) through the walls and it's not a good part of town to be out and about at night (at least for women).

The location was great. Central to everything we wanted.

The staff are not very friendly. The room daily cleaning has consisted of making the bed and putting fresh towels. We didn't not get daily toiletries, the sinks, mirrors, toilet and bathtub were not cleaned daily and floor was never vacuumed.

Clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was friendly and did a great job.

Desk staff was not very friendly. Last night there a crowd of people rann around the hotel yelling and making all kinds of noise from 12:45 until 3:00. It scared me and kept me awake all night. Desk staff said it was the Folsom festival. Not acceptable.
