- Good location close to Union Square with good shopping opportunities and relatively close proximity to public transit. The big downside is that many good shops moved OUT of Union Square.

The room was a little small
The friendly staff, convenient room service and awesome location!
Not the best view but everything else was great.
Location and cleanliness of Hotel and rooms.
It was under construction.
leaving. they charge an extra $35 fee at the end even after spending $--- for one room. i think it¿s shady. didn¿t even feel like 5 stars
the hidden fees. the room was ¿---¿ and i was charged $80 for ¿taxes and fees¿. taxes alone is $20, where is that extra $60 going to? not including the extra $35 fee they charge you after you check out (nor did they mention). my cc was charged $100 not 35
The feeling of luxury at every turn and the large soaking bathtub.
yes. I asked at the desk about our $25 per day breakfast credit and if I could use all $75 on the day we left and was told the day before that we could, however when we got the invoice they had only credited us with $25.
The staff was so warm and friendly. Loved the cozy, intimate atmosphere. Great location. The attention to detail was spot on. The maid service even left me a bookmark for my paperback. Outstanding. Thanks for making our stay exceptional.
It was close to every location for sightseeing.
Yes, no restaurant and water availability at the hotel.
5-star hotel all the way. Soundproof windows, excellent service, central location, and a bespoke feel.
Pros: Location Staff is wonderful Rooms are large and comfortable for San Francisco
Cons: The Bistro is awful, did not try the restaurant Weird position for shower activation, have to actually be in the shower to turn it on........BRRR. The closet is about 12" wide, so this is not the place to stay for a long time
The location is great!
Understand being charged for internet and coffee/muffins, but if breakfast runs until 9:30 then there should be coffee and muffins available at 9:15. I let the front desk know and waited 15 minutes to no avail.
There was nearly $35 in hotel fees that I wasnt aware of when I booked the room. It came as a surprise when I checked out the next morning. Apparently it was for coffee and pastry in the lobby and WiFi. I didnt want either. Waste of money.
My room was lovely - quality furnishings, sufficient space, nice view.
I was very surprised to be charged an extra $35 for "facilities fee", including taxes. This is not a resort so I don't understand why it would charge a high "facilities fee".
location
The rooms are outdated and its not a 5 star hotel. Its a 4 star hotel
Location.
We ordered a bottle of Champagne before arriving, requested a$--- price yet weâ≢re charged $---.
Location & cleanliness
They didnâ≢t ask or give any options on room preferences single or double beds and floor levels.
Exceeded my expectations, excellent customer service. Amazing dinning experience. A special thanks to the Chef for a unic experience. Excellent working team that executed everything to the perfection.
Our stay was great. Great hotel and staff. The room was great and a comfy bed. They were very accommodating with my baby and provided a crib that also included soap, lotion and a cute little robe. Thank you
Service was very good.
I really don't get the guidelines for which hotels would qualify to be a 5 star. This hotel lacks a gift shop, sit down area in lobby, more than one restaurant, a ballroom, outdoor grass area. Very small rooms. Anything but the luxury feeling of 5 star
