- Lovely staff and amenities.
- The amenities of the hotel (gym, coffee in room, pool lounge area) but also the design! I loved the Japanese and dog influences too :)
- The pool, sauna and steam room are really nice, very clean and well maintained. The room was also clean and well maintained, good views of downtown, good restaurants in walking distance.
Cons -
- Parking in the area is challenging and the valet fee is high at the hotel
- At night only a few blocks over therr are a lot of homeless drug addicts.
- Having to come in the side door and then the escalator down / up was broken or roped off.
