a roach crawled by, however the physical premises WERE always kept clean by staff

No bathrooms inside. TV didn't work and staff wouldn't help too lazy to walk up stairs.

Location.

No closet, no hooks or rod or anywhere to hang things. Room looks over a club which can be noisy. Front desk cannot provide a receipt.

Room was large. Large television work significant changes choices.

Their require every person staying in the room to formally register. Advance notice of policy not provided prior to payment--that's a bad practice. Despite ample room space, no microwave or fridge.

The view over Castro was awesome! And the staff were amazing and helpful. After I checked out and had already driven back home 200 miles away I realized my GoPro had fallen out of my backpack. When I called the hotel they said they had it and shipped back

The location is fantastic. Right on the light rail, the bus and the cable car lines!

It was pretty clean and well maintained. Even though there are not private bathrooms I enjoyed my stay!

Some of the other guests were a little shady but I didn't feel unsafe. I just made sure to lock the window to the fire escape.

This is a house of ill repute hotel for escorts and streetwalkers. Disgusting. No private bathrooms.

No heater! ..and in the winter..Shared bathrooms, which is okay enough, except one of the two bathrooms in my floor had a clogged toilet that was never cleaned/unclogged during the entire time of my stay.Fyi, if you're not an able bodied person there is NO Rlevator, 4 flights of stairs if your in the top floor. Definitely will wind you/workout.Only upside was convince of location to public transit etc, which i was choose the place to begin with.You can hear wvery noise through the old windows.

Budget friendly hotel. The staff was so kind and attentive! I often choose affordable hotels and they are a complete gamble, but this one was great. Got locked out at like 4am and I was assisted immediately. 10/10

Smells weird in rooms, paper thin walls

There was a desk where I could do the online meetings. A very quiet place to try to sleep on your own terms while adapting to the new time zone

I had to get 2 extra blanchets because the outside temperature was 11 degrees Celsius at night, and I was only provided a thin blanchet, but the staff was friendly, and they allowed me to get 2 extra ones

Nothing it was horrible just went in and checked out like 15 min later

The room was spotless clean .... I mean SPOTLESS clean !!! Bed was very comfortable. Modern furniture. Excellent location. Hotel is safe. Shared bathroom (separate shower and toilet) was clean. Towels are provided and changed everyday.

No mini fridge, no kettle in the room. Lighting is meh : yellow dim ceiling bulb. The one above the sink is better but won't be enough to light up the whole room.

Location, cleanliness, price

Nice little room with a sink in the bedroom. Shared bathroom was clean and available. Neighbourhood is great, no homeless, you feel secure.
