- Great location, clean and cute room! I loved the charm of the hotel and the room!
- Convenient location. Also appreciated the ongoing access to coffee, tea, water as well as nightly complimentary glass of wine from adjacent Italian restaurant. Staff were great! The orange juice and pastries were a welcomed touch in the mornings.
- Value for the money. The staff are extra cooperative;the price excellent. Free coffee & hot/iced water 24/7 in lobby. We walked to Chinatown, SFMOMA, BART station, Embarcadero, Coit Tower, Theater, Lombard Street. Excellent Free wifi. Bed, pillows comfy.
Cons -
- The hotel does not have AC. Moreover, the hotel is right next to a park where loud persons are noisy and disturbing throughout the night, which means that opening the windows to get cooler air at night is very difficult and almost impossible.
- A little noisy.
- I wouldn't say "didn't like," but the room was very very small. As a solo traveller, it was fine, but -at least the room that I stayed in - would be too small for 2 people (bed was full or twin)
