The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are nice
The location is not great. It is literally on the edge of a pretty bad area. I would not walk around it again at night.

Except for the location, everything about this hotel is…average to below average. Cold reception in overall, very dark room and damp with smelly corridors and bad carpet smell, bed hard as rock. We only had Mariane who served us upon our check out the only person WITH A SMILE ans friendly enough, which is a shame for such a hotel.
Other than location and one single receptionist who was good, we dislike most about this hotel

Location is great. Right next to union square and various attractions. The room was clean and tidy too.
Our room looked out into heating/ventilation units that rumbled for most of the evening. The breakfast area is also a bit of an afterthought with very little continental options and very average refreshments available.

Location was perfect for the Moscone convention center. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helped me find a room that suited my needs.
Not all of the rooms had desk spaces. I didn't think to request one because I have never stayed in a Hilton hotel room that didn't have a desk space. My first allocated room didn't but the staff helped me find a good one. Free Wifi wasn't quite fast enough for my needs so had to upgrade.

we stayed 2 nights, 1st one room was nice, second not as good, we found out that the place is uneven

Lovely hotel, very clean room and the staff were extremely helpful. Great location, close to public transport.
