Location was excellent. Decor was very hip and casual.
Bar closed at 9.30 and 9.45 on 2 nights that we wanted a nightcap. Had to go to bar down the road when we would have preferred to stay in residents lounge with drink from the hotel bar.

Very nice hotel, uniquely decorated, great atmosphere. Guest facilities include downstairs socializing space with games etc. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed, good size for a city hotel. Great location, close to Union Square and many attractions.

The workout gym and the connected restaurant PLS make the hotel so worthwhile
Heating and cooling were a little challenging to figure out and so was the TV system - but I'm also not the sharpest with technology..

Great location, cool looking hotel, nice decor & friendly staff.
No hot water in the shower on the first morning (did get fixed eventually). The room we were put in was opposite someone else’s apartment block which was incredibly noisy & we got no sleep.

Location is good.
It smelled disgusting. Room and facility have a bad smell . Carpets are very dirty and old. I would not stay there again.

Nice hotel and location
They have complementary coffee and tea in the morning. On my last day I went to the breakfast restaurant because I wanted a better coffee and asked for a latte. They charged me something like $9.50 for a very standard latte! I was shocked. It's a robbery. Guys don't do this, particularly to people staying in your hotel...
