Harbor Court Hotel

Staff were really helpful. Free bikes were in great condition. Happy hour was great. Breakfast was ample and as described. Rooms small but decorated nicely.

Corner room isn’t what you think. It’s a no view room. Pics were deceiving and I had to ask for a room change with a view- that’s what I THOUGHT I paid for.

The room I had is very noisy on the 4th floor. Even though I requested a room change the following days, I could not get one. Would definitely request for a quieter room.

Loss of power...had to change a few things up. But of course loss of electricity was block wide and no fault of Harbor Hotel.

The bed was horrible, box springs were sticking out the mattress and the room had a ghost.. The Manager was beyond rude.

Hotel was very cozy, room was small but super clean with comfortable bed. Loved the breakfast:great selection of tasty pastry, fresh fruit and juice and very good coffee. Perfect location, close to all public transportation. We enjoyed the stay.

Charged hidden fees at check in. Payed extra for city view room that faced a wall of rooms. Breakfast was absolute junk,better at motel 6. Free 2 hour cocktail hour is grandma wine for an hour. Pool broken forever. Staff is not union and could care less.

Breakfast is Pathetic!!!! There was coffee, muffins, apples and bottled juice. That's it!!!.

The views of the bay they showed on the page were not really accurate, most of the rooms face each other across a roof, creating a really bad view. They also dropped a $40 convenience fee at the end of the stay that we were not told about until the end.

Excellent location for attending a show at the Chase Center. Plus they had free donuts in the morning and coffee!

The staff was very helpful and the hotel is clean.

The room was quite tiny and there are sign everywhere to wear a mask. I don't understand why my stay, my temporary home has to be ruined with masks.

Superb location and quality for the price. View of the Bay Bridge at night was spectacular., and the room was modern and comfortable.

The ridiculous and excessive amenities fee - for what? The possibility that we might want to use the YMCA next door? Seriously? This is a ripoff, and if it doesn¿t represent a real service that is used, it should be eliminated.

perfect location with great view of the Bay Bridge, proximity to Ferry Building and great restaurants, convenient access to BART streetcars and MUNI buses, access to YMCA for exercise.

room design is a little awkward, doesn't leave much room to place luggage for easy access without blocking either the room door or bathroom door

The amenities were not included, costing an additional $75.00. Charges were added even if we did not partake in the amenities.

The room was newly renovated so it was very clean. It was a pretty small room but had everything I needed and a very comfortable bed. Wine hour was a pleasant surprise. The staff during was six day stay was friendly from the first to the last.

This hotel was in a great location. The room was very small but was fairly nice and clean. The free happy hour was also nice.

The $25/day resort fee was not worth it, as the only amenity we were able to use was one day of the free happy hour.
