Galleria Park Hotel

location is great, lots of fantastic options for restaurants and bars, everything is super walkable and its a nice area

our room was pretty small - we had a double queen and it was cozy but not a lot of room for anything other than sleeping, the bathroom was very small as well, only one of us could be in there at a time so we had to take turns getting ready/doing makeup.

Location in the city is great. Bed was very comfortable.

Climate control is erratic. Either too warm or too cool. Bathroom is very small.

The location was fantastic and the hotel was extremely well maintained and clean. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I also greatly appreciated that as a hotel in modern times they weren't nickel and diming us over every single little thing.

Next time we stay here I would specifically request a courtyard room, our street view room was very loud from city noise on the Saturday night. Which while not the hotels fault, they do have courtyard rooms, which I'd specifically pick next time.

Great location, friendly team and the sipping hour was a nice touch. Rooms were reasonable size and beds were really comfortable

USB's charging points didn't really work, it was a bit noisy from the street and the shower gel ran out in the little cartons

Great location, beautiful lobby, great amenities. I appreciated that they offered day passes to 24 hour fitness

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Alexis at the front desk, who made our experience even better. The cocktail hour was delightful, and the hotel itself was spotless. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Francisco!

Super safe neighborhood, quiet at night, super quiet on the weekends. The hotel restaurant was exceptional. Walking distance to Embarcaderro, China Town, Little Italy (a little further walk), union square. Everyone is super friendly at the hotel. The happy hour 5-6pm was nice.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and conveniently located. Great stay overall! I love that they are dog-friendly!

The pet fee felt relatively high, especially considering my dog is well-trained and very clean.

The entire staff was incredible and the hotel was beautiful. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfy. The Galleria Hotel's location is extremely convenient. Walking distance to the Ferry Building, Union Square, and Chinatown. Will definitely stay again.

There were only two minor issues. The single pane windows did allow significant city noise in our room. The most frustrating issue was the unbelievably tiny shower. Literally the smallest shower I have ever seen! Smaller than a phone booth (if you're old enough to remember what those are :)

The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I appreciated being able to communicate by text. I liked the 12pm check-out compared to typical 11 am times. Though I didn’t get to take advantage of it, the hosted wine and cocktail hour is nice, as are the water filling stations.

The bathroom in very small, such that you have to maneuver a bit just to open and shut the door. The windows are not soundproof, so there is noise from the street. We were on the 4th floor.
