Excellent location and very friendly staff . Comfortable bed and a good shower
In our room use of the toilet was only possible in an almost squatting position - ok for us but if you were older or with limited mobility you would need to change rooms !!

The location was excellent . The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, shower had pressure, view was good.The food was pretty good for breakfast, though very limited. Not a full restaurant.
There was no restaurant for dining, there was a very basic breakfast room: No ambience. The windows did not open, thus we could not get fresh air.

Large specious room,comfortable bed and great location no noise very quiet.
No complaints, everything was satisfactory and nothing to complain about..

Property and location great! Well maintained and staff friendly. Only complaint is valet is $65 + $9 tax each night. You have the option of parking in garage next door for $49 a night but we paid the extra as we were 3 females traveling and needed our car at odd times.

I read in some reviews that there was noise from the street or garbage truck. I requested a quiet room and this was accommodated. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Centrally located. The staff member at check-in was super friendly and helpful. She gave us restaurant suggestions. The room was a nice size. It was very clean. Housekeeping is available daily should you want it. The TV was a really nice size and many channels offered. We mostly used our Netflix account. Every staff member we encountered, during our 4 night stay, was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated in a very good area with bars and restaurants. Also you may walk to the famouse place where are a lot of sea lions
The one thing that made me and my friends sad was that we have only 2 glasess and 2 cups in a room although I booked it for 3 people
