Hampton Inn San Francisco/Downtown-Convention Center

Location, walking distance to buses, street car, cable car, and light rail

The best part was breakfast and the parking (expensive) but at least I knew the vehicle was safe

The staff was rude. All of them except one lady which was the kindest. If the staff does not want to be in hospitality then get out of it. Just ruining people's experience by being rude

The location is centrally located.

The bathroom pipes had an awful smell. The showers were not very clean. Looked to be developing mold on the tile grout.

This hotel is located in one of the most unsafe and shady areas of San Francisco. People are camped on the walkway all around the hotel. The staff doesn't care for their customers.

Room Was clean and spacious

The breakfast area was extremely warm and uncomfortable while eating. Idk if the a/c was off or what.

They were having problems with keys. I could never get a key to my room. Id have to have someone escort me up elevator and open my door anytime I needed to do anything. Breakfast was horrible. Payed over $---- plus $70 in parking and felt like I was in jai

The friendliness of the staff

There is no parking, and the amount of house less people doing drunks in front of the hotel

Location, lazy valley, lost our car while Valle ing. The room accomadations was unacceptable smallest hotel room k have ever been in we were told we would have a seating area and a desk, there was neither! Tried to talk to the front desk they did nothing

The breakfast was good.

a lot of homeless people and people doing drugs, trying to get into hotel. The parking is 60$ a day for valet and the car is far. Pet fee is 75$ on the 5th floor and have to take across the street in alley. Also a cockroach in our room. We left early.

I asked for maid service 3 times and never had it once .the room was very small and they had 2 elevators but 1 was out of service the entire time I stayed there and we kept having to wait over 30 minutes for the 1 working elevator. I would have walked up

Coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby 24-7. Friendly staff always at the front desk available for questions or help.

very clean hotel , nice and quiet , the room was confortable and feel safe

they charge 60 dollars for parking /day . so i ended up paying 220$ per night

I was on the 4th floor overlooking machinery and some building that attracted a lot of people. The noise kept me up until 3:30am. I also do not like that the bathroom door auto-close

Location is very nice right in downtown and close to the bus and train stations. Used public transit so didn’t have to pay the expensive parking. Clean updated room and staff was friendly enough, room just sooooo small.

The room was absolutely tiny!!! Maybe 12x12? The roof top access was closed on weekends and nights. 10am-5pm. In downtown but so expensive for such a small room, made me think of Japan.

Staff was great, everything was clean.

Poorly lit hallway to by room door; room on 7th floor with door out to a garden level that could be accessed by any of the rooms along that side of the hall; did not feel very safe as a single female. Many homeless people camped outside front door.

Breakfast was helpful. Staff was kind.

They lost a medical item I had checked with the desk on day 1 before we could get into our room. The staff searched for half an hour before I left and could not locate it

There is a night club directly behind the hotel in an ally. The room was loud and vibrated until after 2:00 a.m. and I could not sleep at all.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Awesome breakfast.
