The Inn at Union Square

We appreciate the service of the staff, especially hotel employee at the front desk. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds. The maid service is exceptional. The breakfast room is well stocked. Parking is convenient and reasonably priced.

We got the suite room and it was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was good. The continental breakfast wasecellent.

Nothing bad!

excellent location in the heart of Union Square; many restaurants nearby including the famous Sears Fine Foods and 10 min walk to Chinatown. Easy, fast check in w/elevator if you don't want to use stairs. Room was lovely and cleaned daily. Friendly staff

came in mid-august during a heatwave so the room was warm. San Fran has no air conditioners because of its cool climate. The room did have a ceiling fan but it barely made a difference on the highest speed. But I cracked the window at night which helped

It was a wonderful hotel! Very quiet. A great escape after the bustle of the city. Impeccable & charming. Spotless clean. Beautiful bath, heavenly bed & pillows. A real gem!

Room size was great, hotel was very clean, staff was excellent.

The check in is all online, could be cumbersome for people that struggle with this sort of thing. Coffee doesn¿t start till 8 am which is pretty late compared to standard hotels.

we were pleasantly surprised by this unassuming hotel! it¿s in a great location - close to shops & coffee & the action of union square. it was easy to uber to everywhere in the city. the room was spacious, clean, & beautifully designed!

needing an initial code to get into the building was confusing. thankfully there was someone to open the door for us to check in, but i feel like if we came at a different time, we might have struggled.

Excellent staff. There is always some one greeting you happily and answer you questions. Excellent location, exactly at the union square, nearly by good restaurants. The room was very clean.

Only thing that I felt missing was the microwave oven. Otherwise there is nothing I could think missing I this property.

Location and cleanliness. The room is nicely decorated. Although the breakfast is gone, the coffee and tea time is also nice. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is definitely overrated and it may not need you expectations. First it has windows but you cannot see anything as they are blocked. This is not marked on anywhere when booking the hotel. Second, the restroom is not well ventilated. Very humid.

The staff kindly upgraded us to a larger room (without our needing to ask). The room itself was spacious and comfortable - as was the long bed.) The staff-less front desk took some getting used to but it worked well and limited the potential for COVID.

There was a harsh cleaning fluid smell when we first arrived but it dissipates quickly.

Huge bathroom. I liked how each room had a little bit different layout as well.

I wish they had been serving breakfast and had the wine/cheese hour but due to Covid they had suspended it.
