Beautifully updated but needs some maintenance

It was ok tl i had to checkiut. I was denied my 100.00 by the owner.he said he gave it to me 2 day ago.whicn was a lie.He never one handed me money.

I didnt get my deposit back and he also double charged me  for  a room and he charged my card at 2am then again at 4am  .i had paid him in cash and i aleays paid at or around 12 noon n r in middle the night.So im now out of total of 100.00 deposited --

There were ants in the room.

When I got there, they did not have my reservation, even though I had already prepaid. The desk clerk said "Well, luckily we have a room available." Unacceptable.

The rooms were newly renovated, modern, and clean. Plenty of outlets for devices. The 24 hr check-in was convenient since we had a late flight into town. Walking distance to many local eateries and local transit.

The free breakfast hours are from 8am-10am. This was not practical for my group's busy schedule. Also, the ice machine did not work. Finally, our room faced the street which was quite noisy in the middle of the night.

door was open at the bottom at the floor there where Ants in the bath room The guy in the reception car had a alarm that sent on every time he open and closed the doors. ask if he could stop doing this but heddinge care.

Close to everything

Some part of the carpet/rug has rips and it keeps catching my daughters shoe and she trips multiple times. They should just cut the tags hanging out (about 4inches long) to avoid accidents. Other than that I have no complain about the place.

No refrigerator in room. The hotel required payment of the booking fee in cash upon check-in.

Nice, clean and renovated hotel rooms and comfortable Beds. Convenient location next to several restaurants. Basic Complimentary breakfast included.

The staff Had problems in communicating fluently in English. They charged me twice for the same reservation so I had to call my Bank to avoid paying it. Also they didn't let me leave my luggage in their lock for some hours before leaving!

Price. New rooms.

Manager walking into room without knocking, then exiting without a word; when confronted after I run out to see what it was about, I was greeted with" It's ok I am the Manager". Also the Parking is LIMITED, with staff parking across 3 parking spaces.

The bathroom and bed linens were clean.

Needs major cleaning & holes in walls patched.

Great location and price, menus for restaurants that deliver in the lobby. I had a cold and was able to walk in this pleasant neighborhood to a drugstore right around the corner. They could charge much more if the rooms were in better shape.

The room was pretty shabby. Big hole in the wall with trash in it, no remote for the tv, no iron, lock on door was broken, bathroom light is a sensor/timer, so it went off leaving me in the dark while showering.

Not clean-dust, dirt on shelves, lumpy bed, little ventilation, stained carpeting, only 1 hand towel & 1 wash cloth. Asked twice. Brought 2 hand towels. Said no more wash cloths. All for only $--- a night! X2. Way too high!

Smoke detector falling off wall. No bed sheets, outlets were loose and coming out of the wall. Room dis not seem clean.

Only perk is free parking

filthy room. deadbolt is missing. can hear everything from upstairs. the least expensive room you can get in SF.

Great location, near Lombard St, restaurants, shops in Cow Hollow. Close to Marina, GG Park, Bridge, Precedio, Fisherman's Wharf. Near UCSF Mt. Zion Hospital and Kaiser. Great price, no frills, felt safe. Great crash pad after long day.

Limited parking, hotel undergoing renovation, very limited services. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs or you can buy them at the local Walgreens down the street.

Good location, comfortable bed

dirty and grimy. staff members came early to clean rooms and woke us. After being out all day we had only been back in the room for three minutes when a staff member came up to our window and said we were being too loud

Location

Pretty much everything about the room. The bed had no support, the room wasn't clean (including the sheets which had very noticeable cigarette burns on them), the bathroom didn't have a tub. This hotel, even though cheap, is clearly not maintained.

Very limited parking.
