Super friendly staff, amazing location, loved the wine social offered every night. The garden was beautiful and we loved having wine or coffee out there with a book every day. Will absolutely be back.

We enjoyed the fresh fruit with all the pastries and everything else at breakfast. Each evening who doesn't love wine and snacks!

Fantastic stay. Beautiful room, beautiful/comfortable common spaces in the garden, patio, and indoors, delicious complimentary breakfast (not just the typical 'continental' nonsense at most hotels), super friendly staff, great location... I could go on.

This is barely even a complaint since it really had little to no impact on my stay, but I could see it affecting someone like my mom (with a bad hip) - lots of stairs. Also wish my room wasn't garden level but it was easy enough to make do.

This charming property exceeded my expectations. The peaceful courtyard, complete with a fountain and lemon trees, and conveniences like (limited) private parking and kitchen spaces, made my stay even better. The breakfast selections were excellent and, the bedroom was exceptionally clean with a plush bed. The bathroom was generously sized, which was a nice touch. The location was ideal—plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance and a well-maintained neighborhood. Having never experienced this type of accommodation before, I was thoroughly impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Fantastic location. Super friendly staff from front desk to cleaning crew. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We also loved the wine and cheese at night! And the bed was extremely comfortable.

There was construction going on which was unfortunate but not a deal breaker. However, our room was in the basement and lacked some privacy as our windows looked out at the inner courtyard. Plus, we could hear our neighbors walking around in the floor above us.

Rooms was nice and was quiet… bed was very comfortable. Public transportation is 200 feet away… very convenient to us the bus and trains.

Breakfast was plentiful but just store bought quality… assorted muffins and breads from a grocery store package. We went out for coffee and breakfast the second day of our stay for better quality.

The location is fantastic, the beds are super comfortable, the staff are really nice to work with, the gardens are beautiful, the coffee is plentiful, I always stay here.

It was serene, beautifully maintained. The flowers were mesmerizing, the staff were warm, inviting and extremely hospitable! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

The breakfast was put out early each morning and was self-serve and there were many choices of baked goods, cereals, eggs, etc. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a beautiful garden to enjoy and even to eat in.

While the staff only cleans rooms when asked it might be nice to swap out towels every 3 days or so.

The ambience, both inside and outdoors, is beautiful. Breakfast is healthy and tasty. The location provides lots of walking opportunities and easy access to other interestng neighborhoods.

I loved the facilities even in the common areas. The beds were so comfy and sheets very high quality. Shower had high pressure. Breakfast was good and the staff was extremely friendly. The place is top knot ch and very comfy. I really appreciated the local touch and the travel books by the fireplace in the main lobby were so useful during my trip. I wish I could have spent more time here.

I didn’t like that there weren’t screens on the windows, and I didn’t appear to have control of the temp inside the room. Sound from the hallway doors was noticeable at times. The TV had Roku but I couldn’t figure out how to access local channels or any streaming services.

The garden is an oasis & beautifully cared for. fresh flowers in the house. Home like feel, friendly warm hosts & staff, great breakfast.

wonderful B&B in a convenient location to explore san francisco by foot or public transportation. The ambience is special-beautiful gardens, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds. Several excellent restaurants within 10 min walk

Wonderful experience! Friendly staff, great location, easy check-in and out. I was nervous about having the bathroom down the hall and it wasn't an issue at all.

The room was lovely, but the house with comfortable spaces outside the room was particularly;arly nice. I have never been as tempted to use such spaces as here. Our room at the back was also quite quiet.
