Cons -

Rooms were extremely shoddy and smelly. When I arrived the window to my room was open and several blinds were broken off. The floor in the bathroom was uneven as though the subflooring is rotted. Extensive road construction near the hotel.
Limited street parking. Construction in front of the hotel. Elevator didn't work. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Maid knocked on our door 7:45 a.m. to clean our room. Check out isn't until noon. The heater was a portable floor model that was noisy

One of the staff at the front desk is rude. The breakfast is awful and not enough for all the guests. The elevator is not in good condition. My friend and I were stuck in the elevator. The shower is not in good condition and the window cannot be closed.
