    Pros +

    • The location was great, the room was a nice size and the style of the hotel was cool. The beds were pretty comfy, too although there were no duvet covers on the down comforters.
    • Nothing worst customer service ever! Stay away
    • The location was close to where I needed to go. I enjoyed the complimentary snacks in the lobby. Helpful staff and I love that it is a pet friendly. Covered parking garage was nice too.

    Cons -

    • Our room smelled strongly of bleach. I had to open the window (thankfully there was a large one) and air it out for hours. No discount was offered for this. also, parking on-site is an additional $40/per night!
    • The smell in the room was terrible. Very musty and old smelling. They would not refund our money!
    • When I turned on the heater, it smelled. No bathtub.

    Friendly staff.

Carpet was dirty in the room. The "breakfast" was pastries and coffee/tea.

Good hotel. Close to bus stop for heading into downtown. Thought it was going to be closer to the downtown area, but it was fine.

loved the room, bathroom, location!! all really good.

The only "bad" thing was the light at my desk did not work and wouldn't charge my phone either.there wasn't a lightbulb in the light fixture.and a strong chemical smell on the first floor landing of the stairwell? it was odd???Otherwise it was awesome!

It was close to my brother and we got the room earlier which was great.

Unfortunately they do not have breakfast and we did not know that there were repairs being done right outside our window.

The hotel is charming in its vintage deco decor. Our room was large and had 2 nice sitting/reading chairs, a small kitchen with a Illy coffee maker, half fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was ample with very nice tile and fixtures. There was always someone at or near the front desk. The location was perfect for us. We wanted to be near the Presidio. There are lots of restaurants and shops on Sacramento and California St. We used Waymo and never had to wait more than 4 minutes for it to show up.

    Nothing. All good.
