Suites at Fishermans Wharf

Location, cleanliness, ease of access to transportation, staff was very accommodating.

Overall we had a good experience here and the rooftop view was fantastic. We would probably come back again but just didn't expect it to be so noisy. The staff were excellent. The location was great.

Noisy... not only from outside noise but floors and walls thin...could hear people above us walk (squeaky floors).

Very nice suite hotel. It is a timeshare but no one approached us about buying in. Great location. Room was nice sized. Had kitchen but didn’t use other than fridge. Rooftop views were amazing

The hide a bed mattress was very uncomfortable. But most are. We saved money having one person sleep on it each night but next time I will spend the extra money and have a real bed. Hide a bed = no sleep!

The location, the staff and the kitchen for sure! Room size and furnishings were comfortable for the two of us. We appreciated the stocking of the kitchen in terms of utensils, appliances, dishes and cookware. We also really appreciated how the bedroom curtains maintained a decent amount of darkness even when it was light outside. The time zone change and daylight savings time change really messed with our sleep schedule this time. So the blackout curtains were nice!

The bathroom was a little tight. But, understandable and functional for sure. We really wished that there was air conditioning in the unit. But, at least it was not hot during our visit and, eventually, we did learn that if we opened the bedroom window, some of the cooler air from the common area would come it.

water pressure could of been better

The best part of this hotel is the location, location, and location. It is close by fisherman's wharf, cable car, and good restaurants. The room was clean and we could also enjoy happy hour (snack and beverages), which takes place on Friday 4:30-5:30. Also the room provides a full kitchen equipped with all the dishes and utensils, and microwave. If you travel with young children, it is super helpful!

You could hear noises from other rooms. And no slippers in the room

Great location. Nice to have a full kitchen (Trader Joe's is not far away for provisions). Bed was comfortable. Helpful staff. Store room available for luggage. There's a laundry room on reception level where there is also a filtered water machine for drink bottles.

The rooms on the hill side have no outlook and a reduced amount of natural light, but not a biggie because we're out most of the day (and there's the rooftop deck available too). Some of the floor boards in the room above were creaky and you can hear people clomping around (why do some people need to walk like that?) or loud conversations. No extractor fan in bathroom.

Roof top balcony, amenities, staff, cookie, private patio, close to everything by foot or transit. Loved everything

Spacious apartment with all amenities needed for a family of four. The staff was very helpful and supported whenever needed. We received coffee and dishwasher tabs as needed. We were in the second floor and could see the ocean from the balcony - definitely a treat!

The elevator didn’t yet work, however, we received help with our luggage and could store our strollers in the luggage room when not used.

Everything simply outstanding. Million dolar view to the bay, great location, spacious apartment. The staf extremely nice, all the little gifts, extra care for our kid. They really went a few extra miles. Could not recommend more.

The property is in a great location, you can walk to the main attractions in the city, the elevator is not working due to renovations but we knew about it in advance and the staff offered help with luggage. Great view from the upper terrace, parking is tight but safe.

The living room is on the street side so it is quite noisy, the bedroom is on the inside of the building so it is quiet and pleasant

Really helpful staff and an amazing location, close to Fisherman's Wharf and the tram stop. Well equipped kitchenette and super views from the roof terrace.

We are extremely pleased with our stay. The location is 10/10 and the staff members are super friendly and helpful. The facility has everything you need. We would definitely go back next time we are in SF!

It is good hotel at a good location . The rooms are comfortable size . Please note the rooms don’t have AC it’s just heater or fan . Bathrooms could have been better size . Kitchen facilities are very good . The room housekeeping services can be better . Overall pleasant experience the front office staff was very cooperative.
