Signature Inn San Francisco Marina District

Location was nice. Room was clean and tidy.

My room was facing the window and was very noisy. Little beeping noise in my room and couldn’t figure it out.

Shower no operationa.. tv. Difícil tto operativo. Room bed very poor quality. Ice machina out order look véry long time. Staff no availeble.

The man and his wife that run this hotel are extremely racist and they never had any breakfast and the coffee that they did decide to make was always late and after 7 sometimes.

Location was great and the staff was very friendly.

The shower did not work. Perhaps I am a dummy but I could not figure out how to make the water come out of the shower head. There was no valve and I tried pulling and pushing the shower faucet itself. The room telephone would not work either.

Bed and pillows were nice , room was recently renovated

No coffee pot in room , they are doing renovations to other rooms and workers are very sloppy , morter is everywere , and they sloped fridays cleanup mud all over everyones car . The workers left long screws in parking lot .

I liked the room, location.

The shower was horrendous, the shower head spews a stream of water and the water was boiling hot in the sink. It was impossible to use the sink. I scalded one of my hands. Unacceptable.

Hotel is near a lot of bar and restaurants within walking distance

The fridge in the room did not work, and neither did the ice machine outside, which was a bummer with it being so humid and hot outside. The room was decent but the mattress was brown stained and covered by the sheets. Very loud busy street outside.

Parking was available.cheap price

There was a 33.06 charge that i didnt find until i got home.No remote for the tv.The satalite was shut off for the entire last day of stay.we asked for a fix and he hung up on us.loud people coming and going all night.we left early.

The room was clean. The location was wonderful with plenty of restaurants near by. The parking was available if a little tight.

Do not book this hotel!! When they gave us our hotel key, it was in a sticky, filthy key holder. Nothing was cleaned. I took sanitizing wipes to everything in the room, and I think I was the first person to ever do that. We booked 2 days, left after 1

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I¿ve ever stayed in. The floor wasn¿t swept, the sheets were stained, there was an unpleasant smell. No ice, no breakfast as advertised. Parking is a joke. Someone scratched our car parking on top of us. Rude staff

My first impression of seeing the hotel I was not impressed but the room was updated and very nice. The best part was it had cam lights in the ceiling which gave you lots of light as appose to most hotel rooms that are dark and only have lamps.

There is limited parking. First come first serve. No elevator.

The inner courtyard could be charming! The flowers are dead and drying up, and no one tends the plantings. The room was okay.

The water needed to run over 5 minutes to get warm. With the water shortage in California, that is so wasteful! I wanted to catch the water and give it to all the dying plants in the planters. Front desk person not friendly.

Parking is awful. Plumbing sucks, be prepared to manually fill your toilet up to flush it. Remotes don't work for the tv..

The parking very difficult to exit there was a truck parked right in the middle of the court which made it impossible to exit. The TV did not work, The fridge did not work. It took me a total of 6 calls for someone to actually answer the front desk.

What I don’t like about this hotel it’s all over false advertising that breakfast is free Nooooooo way!! Also lie about once we check-in it was told. Bunch of lies!!

No supervisor and no manager was around when I ask to speak with them.

I like how clean it was. Also it was close to the center.

There was no privacy in the bathroom since there is gap between the wall and the bathroom door and it is not private if you're sharing the room with other people!

it was neglected, seemed dirty and it was NOT a 2 star hotel.

The room was remodeled relatively recently. The location is great for walking to the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman's Warf. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room could have had a bit more of a detailed cleaning. The bed was clean and linens were fresh. The towel rack in the room was rusted and there were corners that could have used a bit of dusting.

Within walking distance to most any type of pharmacy, restaurant, or shop.

The temperature of the shower fluctuated. The breakfast area was very small and was located in the office.
