- The hotel was clean outside and inside.. The bed was comfortable!! Staff was nice..
Cons -
- the staff were not friendly, they wouldnt give you extra towels, and the website looks better than the room, couch leather was worn off, table and dresser were old, patching job on walls and around windows was sub par, done but looks like a quick job.
- Room was dirty. Staff was very rude. We were given 1 very small towel for 2 people. People were doing drugs in the room next to us with the door open. When asked for another towel, they blamed supply issues and were very rude.
- I been staying at this hotel this year about 4 times and keep having the sam.e issue with room card key every time I go out the won't work and Im force to go to the office wait for the front desk to be on site or available

The location.
The room was not like the photos. It was the worst room I¿ve ever stayed in. Really small and needed a deep cleaning.
It is a Travel Lodge motel. Parking is very convenient and available for $25 per night which is reasonable for SF. Room had beds as promised and a reasonably good TV. Nothing special about this place other than a very central location.
The door was difficult to lock. The bathroom door didn't close completely. No tissue box in the room. Staff at the front desk not friendly. Will not stay in this hotel again.
Inexpensive
Non-smoking room stank of smoke masked by febreeze
Location is perfect, it is close to everything you can walk to civic center, Castro, restaurants, Fillmore, Bart or muni and shopping centers downtown
Too many night walkers, our car got keyed one time while we parked in their lot. Sometimes too much noise in theiddle if the night
The separate space with the queen bed from the rest of the suit.
There were lots of people hanging out all over the hotel. It was in a bad location and a lot I¿ve action all night long!! At 8am the hotel caught fire! ¿¿ ¿¿
the accommodation
I been staying at the hotel for the second time both time the door card key gets disactivate and I always when I come back to my room at the end of the day I need to walk to the office to get the key re-active.
shelter for the night, beds were comfortable
old shabby furniture, felt dirty, musty odor. name given for hotel was diffrent than the actual name. confusing.
The room I stayed in had a broken heater. When I told the front desk staff that they moved me into a room that had a TV that didn't work. I was given the choice of a TV that doesn't work or a heater that doesn't work- high temperature that day was 58° f
So I was given the choice between a room with the TV that doesn't work or room with the heater that doesn't work on a day when the high temperature was 58° then the front desk refused to refund me even $1 on the room. Full price for a room with no heat!!
Jason is the best hotel manager
Convenience and access to the rest of the city
The experience was overall great!
I been in some many hotel l like the room in general
the floor tiles where crack by the bed so I avoided the area to walked
Location
The heater didn¿t work
THE cleanings of the room and making it feel a bit homey for the night. And thanks to whomever had the room that we had for heating up the room.
Nothing that was wrong with the hotel room/ property management
Staff friendliness.
I think parking should be included in the hotel price.
