Motel Capri

Kinda kitschy little motel with a great location. It's not the fanciest place I've ever been, but if you're OK with Motels generally, I think you'll like this place.

This motel is very old and slightly run down, but it's still a vibe.

I didn't like anything about this hotel other than where they were at when I came in I was treated like a vagrant I was denied my reservation I was told there's a $500 deposit then $100 deposit that place was horrible for a person of color

The staff they did not honor my reservation and they counted it as a cancellation they basically stole My money

ZERO¿-Please be Safer , Just DO NOT STAY at CAPRI MOTEL- This is a DANGEROUSLY TARGETED MOTEL - Especially of tourists- watched by robbers and thieves! Many CAR BREAK INS PER WEEK according to locals. Cute on first look BUT CAPRI Motel is UNSAFE!

CAPRI -Danger -reported to San Francisco Health/Sanitation-MOLD MOLD MOLD! -bed bugs- NOT REALLY CLEAN! old sheets/body hairs/ spots.Motel MGR makes stay a LIVING HELL- ABUSIVE BEHAVIORS UNSAFE location - major THEFTS/CAR VANDALS -WELFARE VOUCHER HOTEL.

The bed was comfortable and it was in a good location. Additional towels were easy to obtain from the front desk.

The carpet was kinda sticky feeling. I would recommend taking a pair of flip flops for sure.

Decent location, restaurant next door was amazing, free parking, easy check in.

Above the shower leaked the entire time, part of it looked like it might cave in. There were some sketchy people there the first night in the parking, so not leave anything in your car. Music played until 4am our first night.

Dirty, loud, un supportive staff, no options for water bottles, bad towels, loud loud people who are partying.

Location was perfect for our needs, little stressed for cleaning staff. Overall they got the job done.

Lateness in cleaning room. As stated earlier it got done.

not the cleanest - the shower needed a better cleaning - there was mold in the grout

The room was dated but clean. WiFi worked well.

I wasn't too happy about the non-disclosed booking fee that they dinged me with on check-in.

Clean, updated, good location, PARKING!! Good value for the money in SF.

blast staff. Weak breakfast. Double room so small that air con blasted cold air directly on me while sleeping, very uncomfortable .

I loved the retro tile in the bathroom! The room was clean and had everything we needed and comfortable beds

Neighborhood location, close to Union Street, free on site parking, retro style

Location was convenient for everything on our checklist! Worth very penny just for that. 1 staff memeber told me I couldn’t leave my car after check out told me it would be towed. After talking to manager it was approved for me to leave it 4 extra hour

Broken bricks in bathroom, tripped on it multiple times, there was an exposed light bulb with no fixture IN THE SHOWER! We opted out of showering...room was tiny.

Hotel room not ready nor made up at the time of checkin...had to wait at least 40 min beyond 3pm checkin while they cleaned. Second cleaning they left NO towels and had to wait to take shower for someone to bring the towels!

I think the beds are full size, not queen. When I talked to staff about it they assured me they only have king and queen size at the property. I disagree but had no way to verify size. The safety latch was also missing from the hollow wood door.

Dish network TV Desk staff need customer service training. Breakfast spartan (bread, cereal, pastry) Multiple problem with key card access.

Nothing really!, only the location is close to everything!..

Hotel is under constructions, they are using one of the hotel rooms as an office and a breakfast room!, breakfast very poor and no where to sit down!, it doesn't worth the price we paid at all...

Free parking for our car was nice. Convenient to local restaurants and not too far from attractions. Relatively quiet at night, no major disturbances.

The tub/shower did not drain well at all and we asked management to take a look. They said no problem was apparent. They had no interest in fixing the problem. This meant we had to wait for the tub to drain between showers. Not fun.

Location, price.

Parking was limited and narrow for our rental car. One space used by a motorcycle. Suggest having a special parking area for motorcycles that doesn't use a full spot.

Clean, good location

Thin walls/ceilings/floors. I went people beside me and above me more than the outside. Suggest a renovation to fix that
