I didn't get to stay overnight ..used the website asked for $50 deposit

Price wise. I had a late booking for one day. A flight was missed and I was very stressed . But I was able to find a room for 2 at 66 after tax. The local was great including the night life.

I have to be honest a roach crawled up the door onside the room

Front desk person had a bad attitude and was rude to everyone checking in. My guest was a witness to the front desk person acting like we were stupid

Staff were great, location is fantastic in north beach/chinatown

Smelled really bad throughout the entire building. Dirty bedding. Bed was on wheels and moved when sitting up in bed to read. Hotel front door doesn't lock; anyone can walk right in. Window blinds did not lift up to let in light. Very loud neighborhood.

Cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. Front desk was flexible with an early check-in. It was much better than other SF hotels in this price range. Also a good value for SF. Excellent location.

Wifi wasn't very fast. One toilet was out of order. Confusing floor layout. TV was about 14 inches and not a flat-screen. Steam heat not controllable.

Cleanliness, courtesy and respect.

The number one advantage of this hotel is the location. It simply can't be beat. Also, I felt safe in the area and in the hotel. The room and the restrooms were very clean and well maintained.

I liked everything about it. Will stay again.

This is a simple inexpensive room. I needed a place to sleep and shower and this fit the bill and my small budget. I loved the location.

The wifi was a little slow and sometimes the weekend noise on the street is a little too much. If you are a light sleeper, you probably will not like the noise which finally calmed down around 1:30 am.

Not a thing. The place is a dump. Sketchy people around the and in front of the place. People following you asking for cigarettes and money. The place was scary. It was so scary that I have go somewhere else like 15 and got a hotel.

Nothing! This place is not safe. The person working is rude.trying to talk to talk over you.basically,was saying that yes this hotel is not safe but, it's too late we already charged your card and we are not refunding nothing.this is like a few hrs.

They don't have air conditioner in room . Lobby area so smelly like marijuana. I don't like it . Please when someone booked this hotel pLz give us a complete information.

Location was amazing. No frills but if you are on a budget it’s a great move.

We had to sign some kind of waiver at the beginning that made me wonder how secure things actually were. But my experience was very good. The bathrooms are shared but there was never a line and aside from it being very small the room was satisfactory.

I liked that the hotel was in a good location- in the center of Chinatown.

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff was quite rude to begin with. The hotel doesn't have private restrooms in each room, instead they have public bathrooms which were not cleaned daily.

The elevator smelled strongly of urine. The hotel required an unexpected "security deposit. There were lengthy rules that prohibit guests. The other guests were extremely loud at all hours. housekeeping threw out my groceries.
