No breakfast, tea/coffee maker in the room. Also, had to ask for a microwave and iron during check-in. Owner was most gracious to provide both as well as an electric kettle to brew our tea in the room.

Location was close to the Muni stop (Union - Van Ness) and within driving distance to all major attractions within the city. Parking was free but might get a bit tight for a large car. There was no breakfast despite being advertised on the site.
