Great city hotel with friendly staff and all the amenities you could wish for. Perfect location.

Good location

Not catered for families at all. Pool was surrounded by drunk day pass guests who made it impossible for families to go to the pool. Intimidating and unruly crowd. Hotel tried to charge a “service fee” which after explanation I understand this was for usage of the pool!!! Disgraceful for what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel!!!

Lovely hotel, reasonable service and great location. Luxurious pool view room with a huge and comfortable bed. The pool was well set up for fun afternoons.

The pool is only on the third floor of the hotel, and doesn't get sun in May until about 12. The pool loungers fill up really quickly so it's difficult to find space. The hotel has a nightclub in the basement, which even from the 8th floor was clearly audible. The hotel itself is in a very buzzy late night part of town, so be prepared for that!

Great location (Petco park 2 min walk), clean, friendly staff and valet was excellent. Nason’s beer hall (restaurant inside Pendry) was brilliant, has its own games room.

Lobby was closed whilst under ‘maintenance’ so had to use a different entrance. Got back to our room at 16:30pm and it had not been cleaned (because of it being a busy check out day), reception did sort it but it took 2 phone calls to do so.

spa visit was phenomenal - the massage, the options, and the care. The hotel building and location were awesome - there is style, history, and being up to date.

Some stuffiness in the room, would have loved to get some fresh air.

The location is excellent and the rooms are a good size.

The pool and hot tub were closed for a private event when I wanted to use them which was very disappointing.

The room was spacious and very clean. I was there for conference which was walking distance. The staff were good but not super friendly except the guys at the valet parking by the hotel entrance . I would come again for sure for the quality of room and the location.

Perfect location, clean rooms, cosy bars and restaurants, nice pool area

Staff not very helpful nor welcoming, no help with bags, 25 minute queues for expensive breakfast, no evening service, laundry pick up forgotten etc…

Great room. Comfortable bed. Nice bath products. Very clean. Polite staff. Good location for many things.

Guests must call for ice, as the have no ice machines. Our ice delivery took 20 minutes. We requested a mini fridge, which they assured us we had. Yes, but PACKED FULL of their products for sale. No place for our food. 2 lattes cost $18+. Guest parking is $65/night. Seriously? On top of a $44/night “amenity fee”? For which amenities? Soap? Running water? Honestly, I like the hotel and the room, but for the money, I think the services fell a bit short.
