- The surrounding location was nice and close enough to SDSU since we were there to attend our son?s graduation.
- Location was good
- NONE - CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POOR/SLOW TO REACT AND LOOKED LIKE HE DIDN'T ENJOY WORKING THERE
Cons -
- We booked a double room but got a very small room that the office person said was a single room. We were told there was no other available room to switch to. Very disappointed.
- Room was not clean , light & microwave was not working , the selling was broken .
- NO ROOM SERVICE JUST 1 TOWEL NO SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER THE ROOM SMELLS BED SHEETS AND PLANKETS LOOK OVERUSED AND DOESN'T SMELL GOOD WAITED FOR A WHILE AT FRONT DESK OUTSIDE LOOKS DIRTY AND HAVE DOGS POOPS AROUND THE PROPERTY
