The staff were understanding of the system issues likely due to rolling over to new software. Also, they were kind.

$50 a day parking: BS NO hot tub: BS "Heated" pool was cold: BS Only ONE working elevator: BS 3-4 Luggage carts were NEVER available: BS
In-Room mini-fridge did not work. Room was dirty, clearly dirty surfaces, and extremely dusty on the fabric surfaces like chairs. Pool was filthy and we had to skim it ourselves, cigarette butts in pool water. Key cards stopped working, elevators faulty.

The location

The staff was rude and unhelpful, the parking was $50 (which I did not know before booking), the ?heated? pool was freezing, the restaurant was closed, and the shower had NO water pressure.
