Great central downtown location. Big comfortable clean rooms with plush beds. Le labo bath products.

The breakfast was decent, but free . Kind of a holiday inn style breakfast powdered eggs, precooked bacon.

The property is clean and updated. We got a welcome cocktail upon check-in, and that's a first and a nice touch. The staff there are awesome; friendly, customer service focused, and they went above and beyond to deliver a great experience. The rooms are clean and open. Small spaces, but we were really just there to experience San Diego.

The area is sketch and could be much nicer with an infusion of money into the downtown. The whole Gaslamp District is too sketch for me to want to visit again anytime soon. Not sure now long to wait, but unless some effort is made by the state or city, this area is going to be less than optimal.

This is a great boutique hotel located right near the lively gaslamp district. The decor is refreshingly artistic. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was delicious and varied. Facilities all clean and well maintained. Overall a great value for the price.

The rooms are on the small side if that is something that matters to you.

Coffee maker on level 5 out of order but able to get one in another floor just inconvenient. I’m sure it’s a temporary issue. Would stay here again

Fantastic service and quality of the hotel overall, for a very reasonable price. Our room was ready early when we arrived, and we even got a late check-out without any hesitation by the very friendly staff.I will recommend this hotel to all my friends if they are looking to stay in San Diego.

Great location, attentive staff, nice breakfast. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and the hotel’s design and set up.

Valet was not set up well — no parking spaces in front of the hotel and it takes 20mins+ to bring out your car. On the day we left, the guy who brought our car out wasn’t very polite and didn’t even offer us help with the luggage.

The room was compact yet efficiently designed, making excellent use of the available space to include everything promised in the amenities list. I especially appreciated the convenience of the refreshment stations on each floor, offering a variety of coffee options, nuts, snacks, ice, and water—easily accessible at any time. Service was excellent, with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was diverse, high-quality, and well-presented. The location was also ideal, making it a very pleasant stay overall.
