- great location, friendly staff, good restaurant/bar hours
- Easy location to downtown. Clean room.

Cons -
- thin walls - could hear EVERYTHING in hall. no privacy in bathroom because sliding door had gap with wall.
- complicated check in. Felt like a youth hostile with regulations charging fees that are reimbursed but you have to use immediately or lose them. Long list of check in info a bit of a used car sales feeling when checking in or out. Not a boutique hotel
- top floor room had loud HVAC noise.
