Convince regarding proximity to freeway.
It didn't have bedbugs, which is pretty much all I could hope for after checking in and seeing the room.
Good waffles and price

The room was very dirty. The furniture and the duvet on the bed had cigarette burns. The hot water in the shower didn't work. The heater also leaked a large amount of water all over the floor.
The mattress was still covered with plastic and the shower looked like it had a little mold.
Outdated and dirty, mattress covered in plastic.
