- The customer service at this hotel was horrible! There was no one at the desk tending it's customer's. The so called employee who calls herself manager was asleep at 11 am for check out. I had to ring the bell more than once to get someone to help me.I called more than once to ask some questions and they would pick up the phone and hang it up. Lastly, they didn't return all my deposit because there was fingerprints on the TV.
