- Breakfast and the room.
- Unexpectedly, the room had a kitchenette that came with a full size refrigerator. Also, special attention to details like flatware, plates and bowls were there for our use. And, for the first time ever, a hotel staff called us to ask if everything was ok.

- The pillows were too soft. Not a big deal though.
- The water pressure in the shower sucked. The shower and bathroom tile were filthy. Looked like the bathroom hadn't been mopped in weeks. Found a pincherbug in the shower, shower tile and drain were gross. Almost felt like I should have been wearing shoes.

Some of my things went missing. My sisters wallet with all her money over 2200 dollars, and her necklace with her daughters ashes in it were in the wallet. Also all her debit and credit cards are now gone as well.
