- There was an unexpected $12 charge for parking. Also there were no carts available for our use as the hotel had items stored on the two that were in the lobby. Why don’t they have more?

The room was nice
There was an unexpected $12 charge for parking. Also there were no carts available for our use as the hotel had items stored on the two that were in the lobby. Why don’t they have more?
