Great location
Outside banner blew in the wind, clattering and disturbing my sleep. Wish windows would open. When temp controls were on, room air seemed quite dry and was loud.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. My husband had surgery at Surrer Hospital at 4:30am. Great price for parking, too.
I could not get the fancy coffee machine to work. Really didn't feel like asking for help at 4am.

The restaurant and the staff were great. The room was very clean.
It needs a small refrigerator & microwave in the room.

Good location close to a public parking and dining. Great breakfast at cafe Bernardo.
There was no refrigerator in our room. Disposable cups for tooth brushing were not there either. The bathroom walls had multiple dirty spots.

The decor and style were beautiful. Our breakfast was delicious and full of flavor . The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable for the two price we paid.The parking wasn’t ideal but not horrible.
