Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff and clean room. Quiet stay for a weekend night and easy check out early in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

The staffs were friendly and helpful.
The walls between the room were very thin. Could hear loud talking from the room next door at 2:30am.It was absolutely overpriced for the room and facilities.

It was located in the general area of Sacramento I was visiting. Rooms were adequate and reasonably quiet. Cable TV was good. Beds were good.
Air conditioning was noisy and either on or off- didn’t keep room at desired temperature. On- get too cold- would get too warm- did this automatically and very noisily. Bathroom fan very inadequate- room really steamed up after 1-2 minutes of shower. Could not get house keeping to leave soap. One bar for 2 people for 3 days. I had the same problem with soap the last time I stayed there in May 2023. It can’t be a coincidence.

Friendly staff and attentive.
My kids were swimming in the pool and another guest noticed someone defecated in the pool. Not the staff’s fault but nothing was done immediately to clean the pool other than close the area off. The room key reader battery was not working, the staff replaced the battery. The shower head fell off. Otherwise, decent accommodations and attentive staff.

Front desk help was friendly and greeted us. The facility was quiet. The rooms were clean, for the most part.
Jacuzzi was closed, pool area was unappealing. Bistro did not have a cook so there was a limited menu and the bartender made terrible drinks. I requested an accessible room and did not get placed into one. The chair in our room looked nasty and was stained in a manner that made it unusable.
