- The hotel staff was rude the hotel was dirty and had cockroaches, it was the worst experience ever

- Room condition and lack of TV channels
- think 3rd world country on a bad day. tile missing from bathroom floor. stains on chairs, carpet. bad lighting that didn't work right. my key didn't work. Strangely, a nice TV with huge channel selection, channels from around the world.
