- When I arrived at the hotel to check in the room I paid for was not available
- The pillows were terrible and they did not supply enough condiments for 2 cups of coffee.
- The pillows, if the pillows were a little more firm if would be perfect. Other than that the hotel is really nice and the experience was great.
