Feels like they ran out of money when upgrading. Lighting is 3rd world. Noisy.

Location - close to Kings Canyon Room clean - tiled, not carpeted Room layout - small table, lots of counter space, fridge and microwave Management - Patels were very friendly and helpful Cost - great value for location Free wifi, free parking

Would have liked hot water for tea and brochures for local attractions Shower floor needed attention
