Days Inn by Wyndham Redwood City

Not applicable. Nothing good about this hotel.

Days Inn Redwood City is awful. Room was very grimy with tattered furniture and mold in the corners of the shower, plus cracked tile. Was given another room that was only better by comparison. The TV & bathroom fan didn’t work, stains, dust. OVERPRICED!

It was five minutes away from ny daughter

Hotel was a little rundown . The pool definitely could use some upgrades and cleaning. Everything was just ok

Not enough towel, chair is old. Breakfast not good. Bathroom door hard to close

Cockroaches, no bar soap, uncomfortable mattress, inadequate complimentary breakfast.

The staff was somewhat helpful

The room was very dirty, the sheets had cigarette burns and what appears to be bed bug excrement on them, the sheets did not look like they were washed as there was lint and hair on them, and the walls and floors are dirty.

Clean room and quiet location. Heating efficient.

Location of toilet makes exiting shower difficult. No safety bar in shower.

The people on staff and the manager, who got me out of a pickle with travel problems. The location was perfect for my needs. Not being from an urban area, it was quieter than expected. Food deliver information was provided and the food was wonderful

I was put in a dirty room upstairs. The room was terrible after I came back from the hospital visiting my husband who had brain surgery. 8:30 at night the lady said I should have never been put in that room. She moved me to the correct room and charged

Bed Bugs were found in second day in room. The staff did laundry our clothes and put us in a new room. Didn¿t sleep the last night.

The bed was comfortable.

The internet was slow and unreliable. The sliding shower door was installed backwards so you had to enter the bathtub/shower by entering the narrow space between the toilet and me tub. (think dangerous). The breakfast offerings were bad. Not recommended.

Location

Noise coming from the room above us. You hear people walking and running around, as well as the music.

this motel took copy my credit card, in california state law prohibiting merchant to do that. plus this motel not qualify to be three stars

Roomy

The refrigerator had a few dents in it. Sounded like the faucet would run every ten minutes from next door. Very loud firecrackers M62s? Going off

Located in an old part of the city, it was close to the location we need to be at.

There was a smell when we first walked in. The power to the A/C unit was off.

My room was freshened every day. The bed was made for me daily and towels were changed, trash was removed.

Some of my towels were visibly used and worn. The microwave was rusted around the opening. The remote control didn't have the battery compartment covered.

Manager is EXCELLENT. Staff is AMAZING!! Love the clean pool and BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!!!!

Shower installed backwards. I have to straddle the toilet to get into the toilet..lol

the rooms were recently remodeled and it¿s in a nice secluded area. cheap. fast room service, nice bathroom. late check out available.

dirty folded towels, ripped towels, balcony door wouldn¿t open, microwaved food, house keeping opened my door.

The hotel was dirty I had to change rooms and even the second one was dirty.
