- Terrible customer service not reacheable
- Comfortable room and bed, nice staff. Amenities are okay, bar and restaurant looked nice in the lobby, I did not have time to try it. Redwood shores is convenient nearby 101 freeway entrance.
- Easy Hotel, close to the airport and friendly personal. I stayed for a business trip and had all what I needed. Nice surroundings with footpaths on the water. Great for a morning run or evening walk. The restaurant in the hotel has a great meal selection. The salmon was cooked perfectly. I would stay again.

- Hotel is aging and is a high price for what you get. Garage parking detached from hotel which is clunky, and expensive as they charge additional $20/night for it. They also charge a separate amenity fee, so be prepared for a large charge for a few nights on top of the room and taxes.
- The hotel is a bit further away from San Francisco. Be careful when you select the „breakfast included“ option as this could just mean that a certain credit is included and not everything. I only found out when I ordered the first breakfast which was a bit disappointing.
