Reasonable prices, immaculately clean room, warm and friendly staff, short walk to the beach and amenities, fairly quiet location, comfortable bed, enough closet space.
It was close to the beach and the event we were there to attend. Nice small town vibe. Our room was on the small side but met our needs for the trip and it was clean.
The location was the best part. Honestly the room was very small and outdated. The bathroom had visible mold and the bed covers were stained. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. No shampoo or conditioner and the blow dryer did not work.

Nothing that I did not like but a few things I would have liked: a night stand on both sides of the bed, a little more counter space in the bathroom or a shelf to put things on in the bathroom. The chair was pretty worn out.
I did not like anything but the location. Room was small and mold on the bathroom walls. Covers were stained and pillows flat. Room was very outdated with nasty dirty carpet. The restaurant Thai Dishes is located on the property but food was horrible
