The owner was nice The hotel was empty with no people so it was quiet

Cons -

It was not clean and smelled bad Its not $-- motel its maybe $-- The whole building needs to be demolished We could not even open the window with the handle falling on the floor Shower head was missing
It WAS NOT CLEANED. I called asking for clean sheets (body hair, etc). The owner refused. I asked for a refund, he refused. The bathroom sink had toothpaste stuck to it. The kitchen table had gunk all over it. Microwave had mold. Stuff still in shower.
As other reviewers say, it is older, and some will look at the appearance and think it is unclean. Sure, it could use remodeling, but I am happy it was clean and comfortable and at a fair price.
