Hampton Inn & Suites Red Bluff

Clean and great customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Have stayed multiple times. Always clean, easy to get to, reasonable, decent breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel wasn't as clean as normal. Elevator had hand smudges all over it, outside patio furniture was dusty, spider webs, over grown. Was a lot of dogs this time. Lots of barking. Night clerk was efficient, but lacked friendliness.

They were so hospitable and sweet and kind. Staff was fantastic. Clean. Great food options. They had lots of first responders including firefighters there because of the huge fire in the area.The officer there was the sweetest and greeted everyone

Super Clean! The continental breakfast was good and the dining and food area very spacious. Loved having all day coffee!

Great location off I 5 freeway. Staff was very nice & apologetic for the room key issue (see comments) except for 1 woman who was rude when I asked for housekeeping. I then just asked for more towels, she gave them to me but I couldn¿t put them in the roo

The room key machine was not working so every time we left, we had to wait for someone to let us in. The issue with that was if the front desk was busy, we were stuck having to wait for someone which in one case was almost 15 mins.

I love how quiet our room Was our entire stay.

I didnt like the prices or the quality of the breakfast food that was included in the room package.

The rooms were comfortable, all the staff were nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good.

Clean bathroom and sheets

Adjoining door allowed neighbors voices to come through loud and clear.

I was impressed by how big and cozy the room was. Also the comforter was quite comfortable. I loved the many USB ports throughout the room for charging. The hot breakfast and Coffee and tea station in the front was a nice bonus.

The bed was not comfortable. They did not have extra blankets and pillows for the pull out sofa. The parking was limited.

Excellent accommodations. Easy access right off of freeway. Desk clerk suggested a good restaurant around the corner that was excellent. Staff was polite and helpful. Comfy bed. Clean. Would recommend this hotel. Breakfast understandable due to Covid

Yes. It’s located across the street from the train station. Four AM and three trains came through. Would definitely hesitate to book again because of the location.

The hotel, staff, and amenities were fine.

Our room AC fan was loud so we opened the windows for air. Smokers and loud talkers disturbed our stay (we were next to front entrance). Loud people talking in hallway outside the room at 1:00am.

The bathroom shower/tub water was broken. The pillows (two total) were thin and pathetic, and when my wife asked for more, they said no.

The rooms are great - my only issue is they are not very sound proof. Would be great if the front desk altered guests to keep things more quiet when possible

I normally love the experience at Hampton Inn - but this time, there was cheese (can't eat), onions and tomatoes in the eggs. And no sausage or bacon. And not cold cereal or yogurt. However, I did see a gentleman in the elevator later with yogurt...

It was clean and the breakfast area was large.

Room was somewhat in need of updating, we could not maintain a comfortable temperature (always either too hot or cold), the mini fridge was very loud all night, walls were quite thin so noise from adjacent rooms and hallway was louder than preferred.
