- It was very clean and quiet
- Room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly.Fortunately, I read that you don't have an elevator and asked for a ground floor room, which was available.Parking was convenient but a bit hard to find.In-room coffee was very tasty.Shower was hot and strong.
- Tamara on reception could not have been more helpful. She provided names and addresses of local restaurants and places to go. Also really liked playing the golf course where once again the staff were very helpful and friendly.

- Breakfast was ok, but I was surprised no coffee was available at the Oasis (only espresso). The coffee maker in the room was hard to figure out, even with instructions (which weren't accurate). Staff assistance helped.Toilet lever was broken. Staff was nice but a bit confused. On checkin, I mentioned that I wanted to buy a snack and the staff person said nothing was available to buy on site and directed me to Whole Foods instead of pointing out that there were complementary snacks in the room, which I later discovered..Absence of a shower door was somewhat uncomfortable.
