The fitness center's weight machines were both broken, so there was only the elliptical, treadmill and bike stations.

Staff is friendly & helpful

The roll-in shower. I am handicapped. When u sit on the bench the faucet stabs u in the back. It is difficult to use. It should be moved. I?ve stayed in room #124 several times & have mentioned this before in surveys. Also- mattress was not comfortable.

Rooms getting dated, bathroom had a sewer smell from tub or sink

The bed sheets were duty and I asked to have them change they gave me clean sheets to change them myself .

Room was clean, everything worked, wifi was fast.

While clean and comfortable the room paint was chipped, scraped and damaged in multiple places.

Fridge was good, parking included and breakfast was ok

Needs a refresh especially the public areas and rooms

Bed mattress was terrible, totally uncomfortable. Most disturbing was the so called patio they made out of the Porte Cochere. Handicapped and old people had to walk from parking lot. But the patio was great for ¿Pot Smokers ¿ . Employees did not stop it

I have to think what I liked about this hotel.

Bathrooms drains were clogged and dirty. Building looked like newer, it means the maintenance is not being done properly. Breakfast was just okay.

The check in staff was polite and efficient.

The rooms were dated and dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky and had a sour smell. The furniture was scratched.

Room smelled like oranges! Loved that!!

Room was dirty. Sheets were extremely wrinkled, looks as if they were not changed! Bed is hard as a rock and uncomfortable. Hotels cater to sleep! Why such hard beds? Nothing was comfortable. Phone didn't work. No hot water!!!! Popcorn at end of mattress

Breakfast was not bad. Having oat milk a plus! Location isn¿t bad. Next to housing, had proper lighting at night, security right near entrance. Felt safe coming in late at night after theater performance. Comfortable and clean bed, mini fridge, keurig!

The bathroom door not hinged properly and closing correctly without using heavy force. Stains on the chair next to couch (looks like a spill of liquid). Otherwise 10/10.

Have stayed on several occasions and have had no major issues. Staff is very courteous.

The shower head in the roll-in shower should be relocated somewhat higher. The handle stabs u in the back while sitting.

It met all of my expectations! It was comfortable, easy to access, and provided everything we were looking for.

There are vending machines on the second floor, but they only accept one dollar bills. The front desk was not able to break any bills, and there was no ATM, so this is disappointing as we only had five and $10 bills.

Front desk employee rude, she asked for my plate number , I told her that I don't remember , she gave me a paper and put the note in my car later , after bi put my stuff inside the room, but she refused to give me the key. She saud its a policy.

I did not see the logic of it since it¿s my car who will be endangered to be towed away anyway. She was simply rude.

room 338 has over an inch of space you can see inside of room. Stagg has reported. nothing done. told to keep renting room. shameful!!!

I have pictures of door. also room 339 and 340 you can see light from each other's room and obviously hear each other.

Staff is courteous, friendly, & efficient. I stayed 3 nights & needed to change rooms. They were very helpful in accommodating us.

Usually the breakfast is good but this time it was not up to par. The scrambled eggs were not good at all. We had them 2 days in a row so it was not a fluke. The workers in the kitchen are EXCELLENT!

Pool, good breakfast, clean!, comfortable cotton sheets, nice feeling carpet on the feet...modern, computer available. ¿¿ EXCELLENT! THANK YOU!
