- The staff on both days was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was very good.
- The staff is so wonderful and very compensating every time I stay here. I actually prefer to stay here because of how Hampton Customer Service treats me. A stellar experience with a comfortable room and staff that goes above and beyond!

- I wish they had a couple more luggage carts.
- The water lines were reversed, meaning left was cold and right was hot, when it should be the other way around...?
- The noise in the hallways and between rooms. We were on the first floor and it was pretty noisy during the night.
