Super 8 by Wyndham Petaluma

This was the wprst hotel trip of my life I slept next to dried vomit under the night stand table and dusty dirty needles in the cubby in the bathroom by the towels . I fell ill shortly after my trip . I will never go back I rather sleep on the street .

I wasn’t even offered anything and I want a refund for my stay . Absolutely horrible

Staff were amazing

Open holes in ceiling and walls, bathroom had raised boards due to water damage.

INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!!!! I took a video of it!!! GROSS!!!

There was nothing I liked about this hotel When we arrived there was homeless people hanging around the front. The room was dirty. There was urine strains on the back of toilet, there was cake up dirt up on the floor. The bathtub had broken porcelain.

The bathroom wall had holes in the sheet rock the place was a dump. I would’ve did better sleeping in my car and what I had to pay, I deserve better than that

The disheveled clerk at the reception desk. The room smelled musky. Dust on the counters. In the parking lot were 3 RV’s Parked with obvious long term residents. Felt unsafe to park there. Mold on shower head. This place is a real dump.

It was so worn down and dirty. The sink and tub had hairs. The pool had a lot of algae.

There were cockroaches crawling on me when I woke up. The room had holes in the wall, the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom, and the floor had water damage.

Clean

Missing bath towels. Mattress was lumpy and bath tub was old, looked like something found in scrap yard. Room quality wasn't up to my expectations.

Location. Price.

N complimentary breakfast as advertised. No refrigerator. No microwave. No USB outlet. Room card had to be reprogrammed every night.

No amenities. Absolutely no amenities. No wifi. No microwave. No hot coffee in room. Half the channels on tv not working. Ice machines not working. Small bugs in room. Two hangers. No laundry bag. All these things most Super 8's have but not here.

Down the street was a brew pub with a Mexican food truck outside with decent food.

Lots of strange looking people walking up and shaking hands. An old fellow opened the back of his SUV and stacked figurines beside it. Don't know what kind of deals were going on. But then it is California.

They do not have breakfast. They ran out of toilet paper. After letting them know that the heater did not work they never followed up with me you never did anything about it didn't speak to me about it at all whatsoever as if it never happened.

Good location, comfortable bed, quiet and clean.

Towels were not in the room.

Close to freeway

Towels and linen are stained and i found multiple cochroaches in my room and when brought to attention of staff at desk wax told there wasn't anything they could do about it

Many things-rude staff, confusion over check-in/out procedures, doesn't always feel quite safe given other guests and 'habits'

The beds and the washroom were ok.

No hot water or possibility to make a cup of coffee at the room.

Only reason I stayed there because close to work

Everything Every room dirty and has something broke or not working in room

The Mgr lives below the room I was in and every time I walked to go to restroom or anywhere she would pound on the celling.. this started at 7pm and she called to tell me I was loud and I was quietly watching tv.. Regardless it was terrible!

It says when you book refrigerator and microwave.. It doesnt. Out of 120 rooms only 7 have. It also says free breakfast NO BREAKFAST) Just week coffee. The floors turn your feet black & only a few tv channels on tv

Very dirty room, cobwebs and bugs everywhere, stained sheets, no shampoo or conditioner, hair in towels, bathroom sink, bed very uncomfortable, worst stay!

A free breakfast was advertised in the listing but they did not have anything either day and did not seem to be concerned in the least
