Everything. The beds felt like sleeping on a cloud!
Super clean! Easy on and off all major roads. Walkable to downtown.
Room was excellent. Plenty of places to sit: 5 actually. Room to operate around the fridge & microwave which were in same area/room as second sink/makeup counter. Spare portable table was handy. Heater was on a thermostat. Very comfortable w/space

Cons -

Everyone loves a d could benefit from an elevator when you have an elderly family member traveling with you. Maybe someday!?!?

amazing staff. the front area of the hotel was full on christmas decor. LOVED IT
