amazing room at good price and friendly staff

Easy to find with directions.

Made embarrassment to Wyndham!!! Did NOT have amenities advertised or stated. Changed room, 2 bed request to King. No breakfast, no pool.

Location

Pillows incredibly small. Could hear guests overhead on next floor. Only 2 towels and we had 3 people. No facial tissue in the box and limited toilet paper.

That it was mainly quiet.

There were many things about this motel that did not even meet basic standards such as the phone in the not working, the same with the television, the smoke alarm going off profusely while taking just a regular warm shower & not helpful staff.

The price and location

It was poorly cleaned. I found hair at beds, sink, shower tub and stain spots at lamp and celibgs

rooms were not cleaned, bed sheets are never changed, bed bugs were found

Friendly, clean, good location and price.

The rooms next to the road was loud at night. The room was great but make sure to be on the opposite side of road if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise great.

The first room we were assigned the TV was skipping contacted front desk the attempted to fix it right away but then they assigned a new room since they couldn't fix the first.

Required $200 in cash deposit on check-in, no option to use a card. Room was dirty and shabby, worse than any of the 20+ hotels we've been in past years of similar cost in California. Half the appliances/lights were broken. Don't recommend.

IT HAD AN ICE MACHINE, POOL, SPA AND A TUB THAT WORKED.

WE STAYED FOR 2 NIGHTS AND WHEN WE LEFT TO GO OUT ON OUR 1ST DAY STAYED WE ASKED FOR ROOM SERVICE AND WE WERE TOLD OUR ROOM WAS NEXT. WHEN WE ARRIVED AFTER OUR FUNCTION, THE ROOM WAS STILL A MESS. NO TOWELS, COFFEE, TOILET PAPER OR BEDS WERE MADE.

This was the worst hotel experience. The check in was very bad because they requested I give them cash for 100dls instead of 200 credit deposit. Their ATM did not work and I had to walk a distance to a working ATM. I did not enjoy this and then the room

Location.

Before I booked, I asked if the hotel had been remodeled since Wyndham takeover. I was told that it was.They lied, it was not. Also, internet service was not available at all during my stay. They said it was due to rain. Another lie!

No extra fees

Windows need update to reduce street noise, and possition of sink and bathroom door very inconvenient

Rusted light fixture in bathroom Ceiling started leaking on the bottom floor of a 3 story hotel because people above were showering When I went the night window to get help his only question was if it was leaking into the bath tub Got refund for 2nd ni

What I enjoyed best about the hotel was the heating in the room and the location. The hotel was close to all the events we needed to attend for the most part. I loved how we could turn up the temperature in the room because the Weather at night was cold.

The location.

The room was cold damp. The refrigerator did not work,my meals for breakfast and lunch spoiled. the towels where cheap.

Super clean floors,and front desk person was very nice

One day,i got a new towel that wasn't clean,luckily they gave me two towels. Also my last day,seemed like they started construction or something in room next door. Kinda loud at times.
