New furnitures

It looks nice at first cause all the furnitures are new and modern. But the place isn’t well taken care of. Extremely dirty, every single part of the room. Boogers on the walls bugs in the room,hair in the bathtub, dirty towels and sheet.

Leaving ...... and finding a better option.... we refused the room

This hotel is exceptionally bad staff seem.to think it is ok to reuse bedsheets with stains on between guests.... towels or old rags suffice as window coverings instead oof proper blinds or curtains ...... and TV didn't work..

The price was good for a 2.5 star hotel. There is no way this hotel is a 2.5 stars. I can?t be. The quality is too bad. Unfortunately for me, the booking was non refundable.

Rusted faucets in the bathroom, no face or hand towels, worn and damaged floor, no blackout curtains, just rag type fabric on the windows. Loud and loitering guests outside my door. Upon my check out (6:30AM) I rang the bell several times, but no one came

Noisy tenants. No bathtub. Turned water off every morning and delayed my shower.

Love the swimming pool great ice machine let me tell you our sub watching me and my lady as she slides that huge strap on deep inside me said this is a good bed we agreed

The vending machines too confusing not able to get certain things when clearly there right there

Good amount of space in the room

Very dirty. There was a half eaten stale burrito on the floor next to the bed, a fizzy almond near the lamp, only 1 of the outlets worked (next to the fuzzy almond), 2 of the 3 lamps were physically broke. Gum on the mirror. Black mold in the shower.

Ok for the price

The bed squeaky the night couldn't take a hundred dollar bill cash for the 20 dollar deposit. I was thoroughly annoyed with that. I had to find

For a 1 star motel, I had low expectations. It was quiet and no one bothered us, parking was included, and the employees were nice. Room included microwave, and room was clean.

The room was average and a bit run down, the bed was not particularly comfortable, sheets and towels were thin and small.

Window with no screen unlocked killed five insects in room an it had a bad smell. I checked out I want my refund...room 110 beware

The TV remote didn't work. The air conditioner was old, so dust and mold kept us up.

The room was nice..spacious, clean, comfy.. I was here for business...and the WiFi was worthless...so that was a real problem. .. Like the room. The WiFi was worse than using data from phone

The WiFi was absolutely worthless. I even tried to download a google play tv dhow to one of my tablets. . After 35 monutes...it had only done 2 percent. Worthless internet

The room was clean.

I booked a room with two queen beds, but when I arrived at the hotel I was informed they have NO rooms with two beds! So I asked if we had a couch in the room. NO. Is there a daybed available? NO. Internet pictures all show a room with 2 beds!!

False advertisement about being recently fixed up. The room was nasty, dirty, full of roaches, broken door locks, broken window locks, and what seemed to be tweeker pipes on the window sill. I left after about 10 minutes.

I was afraid once I saw what hotel I got after searching online. Was pleasantly surprised but shower needed updating. Sketchy looking people but I guess that's east Pasadena for you.

There were ants coming in the room due to the building being old and the heat.

They are upgrading this hotel and is looks amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally nice and the location is perfect for my needs.

They need to get their TV situation figured out. It's not that good but they are working on it.

I had to drive 36 miles from where I was to this hoyel . when I got there, the whole building didn't have any electricity
