- The location was wonderful. It’s in the heart of the city.
- The location of the hotel to downtown was just we wanted!! Also, the shuttle service was greatly appreciated.
- What I liked most was the staff was very attentive & accommodating. on a personal note I had an injury that I was dealing with & was having difficulty getting from the room to my car & housekeeper Bernice noticed and immediately helped me get to my car.
Cons -
- I know it’s the desert, but there were a lot of bugs in the room flies that came in from outside. They were at the patio door and at the front door. We almost had to change the room.

Location
I like to have housekeeping service every day, not to have to request towels daily. Especially at this price range and this class of hotel. Towel hanger in the bathroom is fallen out of the sheet rock. Reported to front desk nothing was done to fix
